3XD are one the rare few insurance companies offering to cover accident sickness, accident sickness and unemployment or unemployment only with premiums GUARANTEED for each 12 month period. You may protect loan payments, rent payments or mortgage payments plus any related mortgage life and property insurance plus an additional 25% over the combined amount. The cover allows you to protect up to 65% of your gross pay with the benefit amount directly linked to expenses. You may cover up to 125% of your monthly payments on your mortgage, rent, and loans, plus mortgage related insurance.

- Disability initial exclusion for existing borrower is: 90 days if cover is £999.99 or less, or 120 where the cover is £1,000 or more.
- Benefit period 12 or optional 24 months.
- Excess periods 30 days back to day 1, 60 days back to day 1, 30 day excess or 60 day excess.
