With our mortgage service you will pay an initial fee of £100 plus if your accept our recommendation and proceed with the mortgage we recommend (even if you apply direct to the lender) an additional fee of 0.4% of the loan amount will be payable on completion of your mortgage. Note the initial £100 fee is non refundable once we have started work on your behalf. An initial disclosure document with full details of how we get paid will be issue prior to us starting any work on your behalf.
